Return Policy

Returns
Returns should be processed within 10 days of shipment. For a full refund to be issued, the item must be in the original packing and unused. Please contact us and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to return the safe. A refund will not be issued without this authorization.

Once the return is authorized an arrangement will be made for pickup. The customer will be responsible for the shipping to, return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee. Any shipping and handling charges incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion are not refundable.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. Most of our orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you may refuse the shipment upon delivery and a refund will be issued once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

Please note that if you cancel an order that has already been shipped, shipping and handling charges (including any shipping and handling charges incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion) are not refundable.

Defective Items
