Taxes and Billing

We are working to constantly add and update our website. If you find a page that is not working or goes to the incorrect page please let us know. If you found a misprint in the price or description or believe to be charged the incorrect price please contact us by calling 1-800-915-4999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to cancel an order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible. Most of our orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you may refuse the shipment upon delivery and a refund will be issued once the shipment is returned to our warehouse. Please note that if you cancel an order that has already been shipped, shipping and handling charges (including any shipping and handling charges incurred by us as part of any free shipping promotion) are not refundable.
We accept purchase orders from government agencies and most non-for-profit schools, universities, and churches. Please call us at 866-915-4999 for more details.
A return should be processed within 10 days of shipment. The item must be in the original packing. The customer will be responsible for the shipping to, return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee.
Although rare, should you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will provide you with a RA# (Return Authorization #) and instructions on how and where to return the defective product.
Once the defective product has been received, we will provide you with a 100% refund, exchange, or store credit (at your option). Defective items returned without a RA# or shipped to the wrong address will not be accepted. Defective items cannot be returned after 10 days of receipt. At that point, you must file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Where will you ship? We will ship anywhere however some extra costs may apply for shipping to AK, HI, and internationally. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Inside White Glove Delivery
One of our goals at The Safe Warehouse is customer service and education. We want you to feel like your experience very the start to the end of the sale was easy and convenient and our inside “white glove delivery” is an integral part. We have worked with and have contacts with delivery teams all over the country most of which have delivered and worked with us before. We expect them to give you the same experience and consideration that we would ourselves.
If we don’t have someone in your area we will help you research to find someone. As part of our delivery service we can work directly with the installation company or you can work with them. When we are working with them we provide you with details and follow the process through until the end so you only have to work with one company. Our inside delivery service will be bring the safe to your home or office. We then will place the safe in the exact place you want it.
During the delivery process we are willing to move it multiple times and adjust it as necessary to ensure you are satisfied. If you have concerns and questions, we listen carefully and help you make the best decisions. We also take our time and walk you through the lock details and any other questions that may arise.
